Aitmad Store – Return Policy

At Aitmad Store, we always strive to bring you the best quality products from around the world to ensure customer satisfaction. To serve our customers better, we offer returns or exchanges under specific conditions. Please follow the guidelines below, and we will process your return request as quickly as possible.

You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to file a return request with a valid reason.

We understand that a clear return policy is important for a positive shopping experience. While we try our best to accommodate every customer, if we identify unreasonable return patterns, Aitmad Store reserves the right to refuse or restrict future transactions.

We only accept returns under these conditions:

  • The product has a quality issue.

  • The item was wrongly dispatched.

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

Note: Some products are non-returnable. Please review our "Non-Returnable Items" section. Aitmad Store reserves the right to update this policy at any time or refuse a return if misuse of the policy is detected.

Eligibility Criteria for Product Returns

  • If the product is not genuine or has quality issues.

  • If the wrong item was sent.

  • If the product does not match the website description.

  • You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery for a return.

Requirements

  1. Ensure your product is eligible as per the above criteria.

  2. Keep the Product Receipt and Delivery Slip included with the package.

  3. Send detailed written reasons along with pictures or videos of the product to our Customer Service via:

  4. You may be required to fill out a Product Return Form (PRF).

  5. The product must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  6. The return request must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

  7. If an item is damaged during the return process, the customer will bear the cost of damage.

  8. All return courier charges must be paid by the customer.

  9. Refunds (where applicable) may take up to 45 days to process.

  10. Products must be in original packaging (tags, hangers, boxes, dust bags, vouchers, gifts, etc.).

  11. If the purchased item includes a free gift, it must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electronic products.

  • Swimwear.

  • Intimates & underwear.

  • Beauty products.

  • Items without original receipts or tags.

  • Items that are damaged due to mishandling.

Before Sending the Product

  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging.

  • The product must be complete, unused, and have all original labels.

  • Add a note in the package with your contact number, order ID, and email.

Return Process

  1. Confirm your product meets the return criteria.

  2. Contact us via WhatsApp (0324-4163426) or email with pictures and videos explaining your reason for return.

  3. If our complaint department approves your request, proceed with the next steps.

  4. Pack the item carefully in its original condition (tags, wraps, boxes, etc.).

  5. Ship the parcel through any courier of your choice (return shipping is customer-paid).

  6. Once verified, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days.
